The two would-be assassins then waited in the white car at the offices of FITA in Norwood.
As Rudland and his lawyer arrived, they were met with bullets.
One man fired nine shots at Rudland with one bullet striking him in the neck.
He has since been hospitalised and is being kept in intensive care.
The Citizenfurther reported that the suspects have been identified.
