It has a three-floor penthouse and five floors of office space including shops, restaurants and a Montessori pre-school.

The penthouse is designed to have space for six bedrooms and will also be custom-designed by the eventual owner.

It dislodged the Carlton Centre as the tallest building on the continent.

The 222-metre Carlton Centre is a 50-storey skyscraper and shopping centre also located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
