According to a ranking byHenley Passport Index, the data is based on the International Air Transport Association.
This association maintains the globe’s biggest and most accurate database of information regarding travel.
Included in the index is the data from 199 different passports and 227 different travel destinations.

The Botswana passport comes second in the list of top seven most powerful passports in Africa.
With this passport, you could travel to 85 countries without a prior visa.
Namibia
Namibia has the third most powerful passport in Africa.

Namibian passport holders can visit 77 countries without a visa.
Eswatini
Anyone holding an Eswatini passport has the fifth most powerful passport in Africa.
