Finance Minister Tito Mboweni seems to be quite annoyed by someone in his field of work.
The minister shared a tweet asking his followers what the definition for the phrase “extraordinary arrogance” is.

Mboweni attempted to make ox livers with some veggies for supper earlier in the week.
However, he kind-of messed up a little bit.

The minister requested an assistant chef to help him virtually.
He followed up his cooking tweet with a tweet of him about to dig in to his dinner.
The minister said the food was not as bad as he expected.
In another tweet, Mboweni said his food was “very tasty.”
He added that he might not actually need an assistant chef.
