A breast cancer sufferer, Xolelani helped an elderly woman who fainted at a grocery store.
Xolelani said people had stepped aside when the elderly lady passed out as they feared contracting Covid-19.

A couple of days later, Xolelani did not feel well and went to the hospital.
It was then that she found out she had contracted the virus.
Xolelani is on radiation treatment for her breast cancer so she would be considered a high-risk patient.

However, she still said it was worth saving the elderly lady’s life.
