Prince Zulu is a TB ambassador in KwaZulu-Natal.
He was speaking during the commemoration of World TB day in Durban on 22 March,Briefly.co.zalearned.
He spent three months at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital in Durban and weighed just 27kg at one point.

One of his lungs also collapsed and his breathing was only at 15 percent.
King Zwelithini, who also attended the event, said his son’s case showed that TB affected everyone.
