Nomzamo Mbatha’s foundation helps 60 deserving children get an education

Nomzamo Mbatha’s organisation, the Lighthouse Foundation, has raised R1 million to help children stay in school, allowing them to help 60 worthy children.

She had the honour of helping students stay in school by giving them bursaries through her Lighthouse Foundation.

R54 000 has also been pledged, making the total over R1 million.

While over 40 000 students applied for the bursaries, the foundation was only able to help 60.
