Alcohol sales from permitted outlets between Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm.
All tobacco products will be allowed on sale again as level 2 has no provisions for tobacco products.

She did mention briefly that cigarettes are allowed to be sold again.
Friends and family can visit as long as there are no more than 10 people at a time.
Casinos, theatres and cinemas can operate at 50% capacity as long as the health protocols are followed.
She stressed that health protocols and social distancing must be adhered to for avoid a surge in cases.
Airbnb, hotels and guesthouses can operate again at 50% capacity.
Restrictions on beaches and parks have been lifted and water-based activities are also open subject to health protocols.
Spectators and not allowed at sports events and passengers are not allowed on cruise ships.
