The video was shared to Twitter by journalist Sihle Mlambo who seemed just as shocked as everyone else.
Mlambo shared the video on Thursday and it gained thousands of views in a matter of hours.
Many believe that the police officers are searching the bags to ensure that alcohol is not being transported.
