Skeem Saam’s relatable storylines may be the main reason why South Africans are tuning in.

The show appeals to a wide audience and can only continue to grow from here.

Social media users welcomed these stats and many agreed thatSkeem Saamdeserved top honours.

Shezi was taken out by her nemesis Mthunuzi Mayisa on Wednesday evening in a very dramatic exit scene.

Fans cannot believe this is the end and that Masasa will never appear on the show again.
