According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian recently filed to divorce Kanye West.
Briefly.co.zaunderstands that court papers indicated that Kim is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their four children.
It should be noted that the divorce has a prenup but neitherKanye nor Kimis contesting it.

TMZ reported that the couple is actually very far from discussing property settlement agreement.
The divorce papers which were filled by Laura Wasser did not indicate a date of separation for the two.
