Khoisan King tells Ramaphosa the Cape seceded from South Africa on Monday

King Cornelius said he hoped to have a peaceful and mutually beneficial relationship with South Africa.

The South African government has not made an official response to the Khoisan notice.

Few if any expect the secession to be recognised by the government.
