Clips of a violent brawl outside the Durban University of Technology have gone viral on social media.
Mthethwa stated that management would be taking ‘drastic’ disciplinary action against the students involved in the violent clashes.

SRC stated that theyoung lady had been shot in the kneeand the bullet went right through her leg.
She was subsequently rushed to a hospital.
The Tshwane University of Technology, however, stated that itwould not be participatingin the protests.
